Codename: ONE HAND · Concept 01
The Pan
A premium pan that’s light, built on one rule: you never need a second hand.
CategoryCookwareModelRetail hero productTimingOnce tooled
01The Idea
Quality cookware is sold as heavy. This pan proves it doesn’t have to be: a premium build at least 30% lighter than HexClad, with every feature designed to work one-handed. It’s built on the most famous one-handed catch in NFL history.
02The Product
01Light buildAt least 30% lighter than HexClad: thin-wall clad steel or forged aluminium.
02Balanced handleSits flat and pivots at the wrist.
03Thumb restControl for tilting, pouring and tossing.
04Dual pour spoutsWorks left- or right-handed.
05Magnetic spatula dockThe spatula lives on the handle, never on the counter.
06Non-slip baseGrips the hob so the pan won’t spin while you stir.
03The Opportunity
- An open space. One-handed cooking only exists as clinical rehab gear. Nobody has made it desirable.
- Proven playbook. OXO Good Grips began as a peeler for a woman with arthritis and became the kitchen standard.
- Celebrity works here. HexClad with Gordon Ramsay reached about $380M revenue in 2023 because a famous face visibly uses the product. Otherwise the category has no celebrity noise.
- Make the unsexy sexy. Making a dull category desirable beats making a sexy one sexier.
04Already Proven
The technology exists today. We’re not inventing it, we’re making it desirable.

- Builds the reputation. A premium hero product that makes the name mean quality.
- Instant demo. Cook with one hand. The other is free.
- Opens the range. Tools, appliances and tableware follow under the same rule.
- Authentic to OBJ. His signature move turned into a product, not a borrowed endorsement.
06Why Us
- Vulture. Exclusive production partner, one of Germany’s largest. Custom design at their scale.
- Retail relationships. Cookware sells in department and big-box stores, and our relationships put us on that shelf, not a cold pitch.
- OBJ. Low lift for him: try it, sign off, show up at key moments.
- Branding partners. Access to world-class studios, including Cool in LA.
